With extensive experience combining business and technical skills, to successfully implement Financial & Operational Planning and Analytic solutions across a wide array of industries. Provides expert skills in Performance Management and Business Intelligence to architect and deploy Financial and Operational Planning and Reporting solutions, helping organizations gain INSIGHT and DRIVE performance by shortening the decision making cycle.
Russ has over twenty years of experience in consulting and as a finance executive. Furthermore, he has extensive experience leading and developing all phases of project life cycles, successfully delivering planning, reporting, and analysis projects within the functional areas of operations, finance, accounting, marketing, and sales. Possessing an exceptionally strong technical acumen complimented by system design and architecture skills that are both sound and creative/innovative. Often becoming a “trusted advisor” to executives by the time the project concludes. Leverging his MBA in Finance and his 15 years in finance to go beyond the stated needs of each project and suggest helpful recommendations not necessarily in scope.
Robert is a senior TM1 consultant with more than 20 years experience in the IT industry modeling data for manufacturing, healthcare, medical research, hospitality, oil and gas distribution, financial/securities, retail, wholesale, telecommunications, professional services, and the public sector. This broad experience synergistically combines with his computer information systems master’s degree and financial expertise to enable organizations to dramatically improve strategies and outcomes. Robert possesses a broad knowledge of business intelligence tools including financial reporting, planning, forecasting, business metrics, demand planning, decision support, and supply chain management.
