By installing, accessing, downloading, or using PAXcel, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use PAXcel. License Restrictions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-578618f6 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"578618f6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5bef6241 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5bef6241\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>You may not, and may not permit others to:<\/p><ul><li>Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of PAXcel<\/li><li>Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of PAXcel, except as expressly permitted by applicable law<\/li><li>Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on PAXcel<\/li><li>Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer your rights under this Agreement to any third party<\/li><li>Use PAXcel to develop a competing product or service<\/li><li>Use PAXcel to process data on behalf of third parties as a service bureau without a separate written agreement with ForQuest Solutions<\/li><li>Use PAXcel in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations, including data protection and privacy laws<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-58fb56fc fq-legal-section elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"58fb56fc\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2caf8aca fq-legal-content\" data-id=\"2caf8aca\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3480be6c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3480be6c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Microsoft 365 Integration &amp; Marketplace<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e56cf01 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"5e56cf01\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-49988b35 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"49988b35\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>PAXcel operates as a Microsoft Excel add-in and may be acquired through the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace (AppSource). The following applies:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Microsoft Platform:<\/strong> Your use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 is governed by separate agreements with Microsoft Corporation. ForQuest Solutions is not responsible for Microsoft&#8217;s products or services<\/li><li><strong>Marketplace Acquisition:<\/strong> If you acquired PAXcel through AppSource or Azure Marketplace, Microsoft&#8217;s Commercial Marketplace Terms also apply to your acquisition. This Agreement governs the software license itself<\/li><li><strong>Microsoft Permissions:<\/strong> PAXcel requests only the minimum Microsoft 365 permissions necessary for operation, as disclosed in the AppSource listing. You may revoke these permissions at any time through your Microsoft 365 admin center<\/li><li><strong>Microsoft Support:<\/strong> ForQuest Solutions, not Microsoft, is solely responsible for PAXcel support, maintenance, and any claims related to the software<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-5583e2a1 fq-legal-section elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"5583e2a1\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-27bf9e75 fq-legal-content\" data-id=\"27bf9e75\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76c4bc2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"76c4bc2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. IBM Planning Analytics Requirements<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4dad2df0 elementor-widget-divider--view-line elementor-widget elementor-widget-divider\" data-id=\"4dad2df0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"divider.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-divider\">\n\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-divider-separator\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1e1631f8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1e1631f8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>PAXcel requires a separately licensed IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) environment to function:<\/p><ul><li>You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid IBM Planning Analytics license from IBM or an authorized IBM Business Partner<\/li><li>ForQuest Solutions is not a party to your IBM license agreement and is not responsible for IBM products, services, or support<\/li><li>ForQuest Solutions recommends confirming version compatibility between PAXcel and your IBM Planning Analytics version prior to deployment<\/li><li>ForQuest Solutions is an IBM Business Partner. You acquire no rights in PAXcel other than the limited license expressly granted in this Agreement.<\/p><p>&#8220;PAXcel\u2122&#8221; is a trademark of ForQuest Solutions LLC.
