URGENT Message to all on premises Cognos TM1 and Cognos Express Customers: You must refresh your SSL Certificate or your TM1 System will Stop Working on November 25, 2016
As you may have heard via marketing emails or from online articles, the SSL certificates that ship with TM1 are set to expire on November 24th, 2016. ForQuest has been in contact with IBM regarding this issue and have confirmed this is a valid concern for all customers. This will affect all clients running TM1 up to 10.2.2 FixPack 6, the latest FixPack, who are running under the default 1024 bit certificates.
ForQuest will keep all customers up to date on this issue as IBM provides further information.
